Grapes 1
Plant Collected: Concord grapes
Date Collected: 11/16/2013
Part of plant used and amount: 2 large bunches of concord grapes
Extraction process notes: Boiled for 2-3hrs
Material/ WOF: 2 oz of Cotswold fleece
Dye/volume: 2 qts
Mordant/amount: 15% WOF
Additions: No additions
Recipe notes: Put wet fiber into dye bath. Slowly heat up to 180 deg. Keep heat at this temperature for 40 min. Turn off heat and leave overnight to cool.

Additions: 1 tbsp of soda ash /dissolve in dye before adding fiber
Recipe notes: Put wet fiber into dye bath. Slowly heat up to 180 deg. Keep heat at this temperature for 40 min. Turn off heat and leave overnight to cool.
