NY Textile Lab is participating in the first Hudson Valley Textile Tour organized by NYTM. The tour includes a visit to the Design Library in Wappingers Falls for a rare opportunity to access the world’s largest and best organized collections of documentary fabrics. Additionally, participants will visit NY Textile Lab in Beacon for a lecture about regional textile development and view locally sourced, climate beneficial yarns and textiles. The tour will conclude with a visit to Little Creek Alpaca Farm for a panel discussion about Carbon Farm plans and regenerative material sourcing. Saturday, September 14th 8:30am-8:00pm.
