Join NY textile Lab to explore creating colors from spring tree blossoms! In this comprehensive workshop, participants learn how to extract dye from blossoms and branches, and study how different parts of the tree yield different colors. We will experiment dyeing on different textiles; cotton, silk, bast fibers and wool.
